1. Purpose of Statement
This Supplier Code of Conduct defines the standards of ethical, legal, and responsible behavior expected from suppliers, contractors, and business partners of PhotoRobot (uni-Robot Ltd.).
Suppliers are expected to conduct business in compliance with applicable laws and internationally recognized standards.
2. Legal Compliance
Suppliers must comply with:
- All applicable local and international laws
- EU regulations where relevant
- Trade and export control laws
- Data protection laws, including GDPR where applicable
Compliance with contractual obligations is mandatory.
3. Anti-Corruption & Ethical Conduct
Suppliers must:
- Prohibit bribery and corruption in any form
- Avoid conflicts of interest
- Maintain transparent and accurate financial records
- Avoid anti-competitive behavior
Facilitation payments and improper advantages are strictly prohibited.
4. Human Rights & Labor Standards
Suppliers must uphold internationally recognized human rights principles, including:
- No forced labor or human trafficking
- No child labor
- Non-discrimination
- Fair wages and working conditions
- Freedom of association where legally permitted
Suppliers must comply with applicable labor laws in their jurisdiction.
5. Health & Safety
Suppliers must:
- Provide a safe and healthy working environment
- Comply with applicable occupational health and safety regulations
- Take reasonable measures to prevent workplace accidents
6. Environmental Responsibility
Suppliers are expected to:
- Comply with environmental laws and regulations
- Minimize environmental impact where reasonably possible
- Promote responsible use of resources
7. Data Protection & Confidentiality
Suppliers handling personal or confidential data must:
- Implement appropriate security measures
- Protect confidential business information
- Process personal data only as contractually authorized
8. Subcontracting
Suppliers must ensure that any subcontractors involved in delivering services related to PhotoRobot adhere to comparable standards of compliance and ethical conduct.
9. Reporting & Cooperation
Suppliers are encouraged to report suspected violations of this Code to:
legal@photorobot.com
Suppliers must cooperate in good faith in the investigation of compliance concerns.
10. Compliance & Enforcement
Failure to comply with this Supplier Code of Conduct may result in:
- Corrective action requirements
- Suspension of cooperation
- Termination of contractual relationships
11. Review and Updates
This Supplier Code of Conduct may be updated periodically.
